Vous choisissez Enterprise pour éviter les compagnies low cost avec leurs frais cachés finalement Enterprise Catane est géré par Locauto un low cost local. Sans surprise une arnaque. On a déposé la voiture à 7h en laissant les clés dans une box car l’agence ouvre à 8h.
Je reçois un mail 48h après en Italien indiquant des dommages supplémentaires. Aucune explication, aucune photo, facture RIEN.
On vous laisse 48h pour contester sauf que vous tombez sur une page Locauto et évidemment aucun numéro de réservation/coucher ne fonctionne. Ils sont totalement injoignables. Vous êtes totalement bloqués car vous ne pouvez parler à personne. C’est bien rôdé. Magnifique arnaque.
48h après vous êtes prélevés.
Plus jamais Enterprise c’est les mêmes que Goldcar finalement.

i received a citation from Cefalu on a car that i rented last Feb 2024 and the date of the offense is Sept 2024. I tried to contact Enterprise Customer service and the only thing they could do is to request this location (Catania Airport) to contact me. Until now, i haven't received any call from them . Very frustrating and concerning to think that this location didn't remove my name from car i rented even after 1 year has passed. And now, i'm on my own resolving this issue because of their mistake.
